Welcome to Happy at Your Core where I help women navigate the challenges of peri to post menopause with ease and confidence. 

As a Pilates Instructor and Pelvic Floor Coach, my goal is to take the stress out of this phase of life by empowering you with tools to manage pelvic floor problems, such as leaks, pain, urgency and prolapse, maintain a healthy weight and feel fabulous.

Through tailored Pilates classes and Pelvic Floor Programes with expert guidance and practical tips, I'll support you in building strength, improving your wellbeing and creating sustainable habits.
